am i the only person on pottermore who hasn't seen all the movies?

2nd overdue post

i really need to write down (on paper) exactly which things i intend to blog about, because i sit down to write and immediately forget.

I wrote about uni last time...
update:
i'm about to finish the first semester of my third year of uni. i'm only doing three topics this semester. I know i'm passing two of them with ease but I won't find out about the other one until next week.

for once i've actually finished all my assignments at the moment... and i'm not writing this in the middle of the night. I know amazing right?

i have an exam next wednesday and a performance/workshop the following wednesday.

i've enrolled in next semesters topics. i'm doing 4 topics again, i didn't want to but...
i've decided to do 2 educ ones and a computing topic and also do redo my educ tias topic that i failed last year.

thats about all for uni...

2. Driving
i still have my L's...
it's annoying but at the same time it gives me an excuse to be 'lazy'
i wouldn't want to be the one driving all the time so...
i'm happy not to have to?

but it would also obviously be useful at times.
especially parties and stuff, since i don't drink i could always drive home afterwards
as long as i wasn't too tired...

i need to get my dad to sign all the hours i drove with him then i can add them up and see how many more i need.
then in theory i only need to do a driving test
don't know how that'll go 'coz i've never had a lesson with an instructor before
i don't think i want to spend money on a lesson before the test though
especially since i don't think the same driver can do both

3. Cooking?
i made some really nice choc chip banana muffins
several times now, we keep getting bananas then not eating all of them

i made caramel slice yesterday, its nice
sweet

umm...i'm outta things to write about... more later

well thats interesting in retrospect...

so i was just looking at my history of posts...
and the pitiful 6 posts i did last year...

but the interesting thing is that the best thing i could come up with to blog about was pottermore... (which is currently down for a week btw...)
the timing of said excitement is the interesting thing approx. a month later i probably should have made some sort of announcement... but...

oh well...

thought i should make a quite post about how my blogging style is all over the place

first overdue post

okay what shall I begin with?
rather than try to write some hideously long post about everything I'll try to split it up into several slightly smaller ones.

1. Uni
I cannot remember what i last talked about in reference to uni but if i leave this page to go check then i'll never get around to writing it.
okay then...

i'm currently in my third year of my bachelor of science(computer science/chemistry)/bachelor of education(junior primary/primary) double degree. it's usually a four year course but i'm going to extend it by a year at least.
i was originally going to study maths/chem but uni math =/= yr 12 math. insanely difficult ( for me anyway).
uni was the first time i've ever done anything computer topic related but i've found i really like programming. hence why i decided to major in it.
i'm used to java but i've done a little c++.
i haven't done too great with grades overall, i think i'm hovering around 3 for my gpa...
but anyway, it doesn't actually matter for me so...

i failed chem at the start of last year, so i'll have to repeat that next year. i also failed computer networks(about as boring as it sounds, although my lecturer was actually pretty cool) and teaching indigenous australians education topic last semester...
i have excuses but it was mostly because i didn't start the assignments early like i knew i should have.
i'll probably repeat them again next year (or maybe next semester).

umm...

i haven't gotten any better at doing homework on time...
i'm currently sitting here at 1.40 am typing this instead of working on my tute hw for tomorrow (technically later today...)

sigh

i guess that means i should probably either do my hw or go to bed...
i'll try to write the many other posts soon

I can't decide whether to use blogger or wordpress...
wordpress is considered more 'professional'
but I'm used to bloggers' layout.

No read.


So it's been a terribly long time since I've blogged anything...
And I can't even say I've had nothing to blog about because while it's true I haven't had any random starts of inspiration, I have had huge amounts of blog/announcement worthy news in my private life should I care to announce it to the world at large.

Which I most likely will, eventually.

But right now I'll just go and watch an old series of Bones...
